The Precision Truck Training series of distance-education provides distinct ten-lesson courses to cover International trucks. These courses cover fundamental truck knowledge and product specific exercises. For Class 8 coverage we offer offer our Course III Heavy Duty trucks and tractors in this ten lesson course. Students study and are tested on International product information as well as advanced concepts in sales engineering and specing of Class 8 vehicles. International Product Training

We offer distinct stand-alone courses endorsed by International. These courses provide training on two levels: coverage of fundamental truck knowledge coupled with International product specific application exercises. For International Medium-Duty truck training see the menu at left.

UNIT: 3

Heavy-Duty Trucks & Tractors Our ten lesson International Unit 3 is highly recommended for all International sales personnel. Students study and are tested on International product information as well as advanced concepts in sales engineering and specing of Class 8 vehicles. Graduates complete ten written tests using the 392 page TMI textbook and your International product data. This in-depth course typically requires over 70 hours of study time to complete. The tuition is $825 per student.

Our LT-2 course was developed around a generic product line providing broad spectrum knowledge for truck specialists. Topics and examples utilize a TMI-created Shadow line of SUVs, crossovers, pickups, light- and medium-duty chassis-cabs. These TMI Shadows fully represent the current mix of Class 1-5 trucks sold in North America. The product familiarity can transfer to specific makes while providing knowledge beyond a single brand focus.
