Invest in Product Knowledge

Give your staff a sales edge in a competitive market. More than 63,100 truck industry professionals have completed TMI correspondence courses, increasing their product knowledge and sales confidence. Our distance training is self-paced and cost-effective — this investment pays dividends in greater sales revenue and employee satisfaction. As one TMI graduate wrote:“Knowledge is the key to greater sales rewards."

We have distinct courses to cover the full range of the Ford product line. These courses provide training on two levels: generic coverage of fundamental truck knowledge, coupled with product application exercises. Graduates complete a test after studying each lesson in the textbook. The tests are mailed, faxed, or emailed for grading by hand. Test scores are often returned in one business day.
